Republic Square will be the backdrop to this ninth edition of the trade show dedicated to chocolate, trade show that focuses on quality, selecting exhibitors and giving increasing emphasis to initiatives.
The decision to reduce the exhibitors number is the first step on the road to quality, in fact the Artisan Chocolate Fair is intended to accommodate a careful selection of chocolate artisans, with their wisdom and their passion, be able to pass, including via the their products, the importance of tradition and handicraft.
