What I liked most was the building, the area in which it stands, the decor of the rooms, the atmosphere, the architectural structure, the location, the decor, the courtesy of the staff, the centrality, the elegance that is not pretentious.

Location, atmosphere, aesthetic, friendliness of the staff, elaborate breakfast, prompt attention when we had questions or concerns, super job by chamber service. It was an absolutely lovely visit all the way around.

The staff is friendly, the Duomo is visible from up close, and the routes to other places are great.

We lost a bag during our travels which was later found and shipped to your hotel. Your staff went out of their way to make sure it was safe until our return. We are so grateful, thank you!

Wonderful house, very well located in the historic center but in a quiet area, nice welcome, smiling and responsive staff. Our room was simply magnificent.

The atmosphere of this hotel, which was remodeled from an old-fashioned gift, is the best. The breakfast was delicious and had just the right amount of food. Our family of four stayed in the suite and it was great.

Interesting place to stay,makes you feel like back in the days of old they have kept it up very nicely and the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the experience.

Without a doubt, the best thing about the Hotel is the exquisite treatment of each and every one of the Loggiato dei Serviti workers. It was a real pleasure to have enjoyed our trip at this hotel. Florence has been even more beautiful thanks to you. Everything Was Perfect!

The courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff first and foremost. And then, the warm welcome of the public spaces (magnificent the living room on the second floor, which unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy), and the comfortable elegance of the room and bathroom (equipped with the essential kettle and tea bags!!!)

The room was beautiful and classy. The feeling of staying in such a beautiful building added to my feeling of calm and serenity after busy days sight seeing. Our room faced the back of where the David is displayed. Just the thought of being in such proximity to something so beautiful was exciting. The staff were all amazing and went out of their way to welcome us and feel at home. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Firenze.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff – Emmanuele, Lorenzo, and Frank (front desk), and Nato (breakfast room), – were absolutely amazing. They were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly stood out. The hotel's location is perfect, situated within walking distance of all the key attractions, which made sightseeing a breeze. Plus, the building itself is beautiful and full of history, adding an extra charm to the entire experience. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service, a great location, and stunning architecture, this is the one!

I often come to Florence for work and change hotels each time depending on the period and Booking Genius offers. At first I was a bit in doubt whether to book here because of some unclear reviews but then I was convinced by the location and value for money and I did well! I am so glad to have discovered this hotel, perhaps among the best turned around in Florence. The room was nice and large with a view of the very quaint back garden and courtyard with the Florentine houses and on the other side of the square. The double glazing makes it quiet at night. The very large and all wall decorated bathroom has double shower and tub options. One is pampered with herbal tea and coffee offered in the room. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet varied and plentiful and service for hot drinks. In short I had a really good time!!! I will stay there again!!!

Beautiful historic building; very courteous staff; total tranquility; excellent breakfast; 24-hour front desk; everything 'in style'. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the historic center of Florence.

We first stayed here 23 years ago and it is still a great spot to stay at. The building is 600 years old and wonderfully maintained, has a great breakfast buffet and is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The front desk speaks good English and are friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about it! Clean facility and beautiful, spacious and quaint rooms. The facility is in total center, walking distance to the cathedral and all other major attractions, quiet location. The staff was always very friendly and welcoming! Abundant and rich breakfast! Everything perfect. We will definitely stay there again!

A truly exceptional hotel. Every aspect of the property from the historic ambiance to the period furnishings and hushed tones of the property are what made our stay simply magical. The view from Room 30 literally took our breath away when the door was opened initially. The staff is what sets Loggiato dei Serviti apart from other properties- no request was too much trouble- warmth, graciousness and a guest-focused sense of service create a sense that one has praticalily traveled back through time. We've only returned home in the last 2 weeks and are already discussing how soon we can return to Hotel Loggiato dei Serviti.

Great hotel, my family and I would definitely return, first of all the location is excellent, you can do everything on foot, and the architecture of the hotel is charming, you really feel in Italy, the hotel staff are all very attentive, the breakfast is very tasty too, with options of yogurt, granola, pies, waffles, cheeses... and the shower pressure was very good, we loved everything !

I was initially attracted by the location of this hotel and the photos on the internet. Everything went as we expected. The staff is considerate and personable. A super comfortable large bed and pillows. The bathroom is large, with high water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything is very intimate. Breakfast was very good and service was quick. The front desk could book a taxi for us. We will definitely come back and stay here. The hotel is conveniently located to various attractions and transportation, and is neat and clean. What three-star hotels achieve is five-star service👍

Hotel in the very center of town. Very clean, polite, professional and welcoming staff. Quality toiletries, fluffy towels. Continental breakfast excellent, very varied offer even for celiacs. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Special thanks to the blonde manager to the concierge who pampered us and the breakfast guys always ready to fulfill our every wish, too.

The location is excellent, and the interior furnishings are also beautiful, which suits my aesthetic taste. The window of the room overlooks the dome of the Duomo Cathedral, which is only about 200 meters away. On the other side is the glass roof of David in the Academy Gallery, and 100 meters is St. Mark's Square. The corridor outside the hotel porch is also very photogenic. It is very comfortable to sit on the ground like the students of the Academy of Fine Arts next door. It is also very quiet at night. The hotel staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic. I sincerely recommend friends to stay here.
